Your Needs First, Inc. (YNF) is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit community-based organization. Our goal is to empower, educate and inspire individuals to achieve self-sufficiency and build an environment that is conducive to healthy development. We have set out to improve the quality of life for everyone who needs our services. Our main objective is to provide disadvantage, homeless and low-income families with housing and life skill training.

We help motivate women to break free from the cycle of addiction, domestic violence, family abuse or homelessness.

We help young adults to overcome life’s challenges, find their inner strength, and live meaningful lives.

Life is an ever-changing process and we can only embrace the transition.

We focus on helping those who are disadvantaged. We encourage those in need to break the cycle of poverty and achieve their personal and professional goals with help from our expert team of social workers and programs.

How We Help
Master Lease
To provide affordable permanent housing for homeless single individuals, adult families, and families with children on an expedited basis.
Transitional Housing
The residential program’s clinical staff will provide structure and an atmosphere that facilitates the assessment of the clients’ needs.
Permanent Housing
Providing Housing Specialist services and maintaining a current list of adequate housing resources to aid the clients who are ready to move out of the shelter system into permanent housing.
Economic Development Program
The Economic Development program provides for the development of local businesses and the jobs they will create.

will help teach you how to be a leader, maintain your independence and
passing your newfound knowledge forward to the next generation.
