Your Needs First, Inc. and Platinum Management Service Group, Inc (PMSG, Inc.) will be partnering to provide affordable permanent housing for homeless single individuals, adult families, and families with children on an expedited basis. The living quarter will consist of studio/SRO units, one-bedroom units, and two-bedroom units.
YNF will be providing the clients who require social services support aftercare in order to help the residents succeed in maintaining permanent housing, but are not in need of or eligible for supportive housing.
They will propose to serve a single service population per building. The on-site services will consist of social services, property management, security and other services in order to operate efficiently. This housing model is primarily designed to assist homeless individuals, adult families, and families with children who do not require supportive housing to ensure their successful transition to permanent housing and their long-term housing stability.
YNF will work with the target population to maximize housing stability, employment opportunities, and health outcomes. They would also offer referrals to employment, health, mental health and/or substance use treatment services, as needed. The goal is to ensure that all eligible residents willingly accept the support, skills, and financial independence necessary to remain stably housed within the community.
